Chairman - Senior Managing Partner

Mr. Khaled Abu Heif is Managing Director in Arab Moltaqa Investments Company “AMIC”, it’s an Investment Company Listed in The Egyptian Exchange (EGX). Mr. Khaled has been appointed as Managing Director & CEO since 2011. He is also Vice Chairman in Dar Al Fouad Hospitals “DAF”, Member of DAF Executive Committee & Chairman of DAF Compensation & Man Power Committee.
He also was assigned in carrying out his job and his vast experience gained over the years through his work in a many local and Regional companies. He was the Chairman & CEO for AT. Financial Holding Company a “Shariah Compliant Investment Bank”, before he was the Managing Director for Commercial International Brokerage Company “CIBC” Member of Commercial International Bank since October 1998 till April 2008 . Mr. Khaled Abouheif was the Executive Board Member in CI Capital Holding since inception till April 2008 were he contributed significantly to the development of Investment Banking Division in the group.
Attended the Corporate Governance Program from Wharton Business Schools
Co- founder & Executive Board Member CI – Capital , CIBC, Co Founder CIAM , CI Investment Banking , CI Research House.
He executed an important role in the growth of the Investment Banking business, helping maintain its leadership in the local, Regional Capital Markets and managing the private placement, & the IPO’s transactions concluded by CI Capital. Since its inception, Mr. Abu Heif worked as a General Manager in CIBC.
He strives to develop and maintain good working relationships with firm's clients, leading the CIBC's team to provide first class investment advisory and expanding their cliental base through sales and marketing activities across the region. He has also lead the company to be ranked no ( 1 ) in the Egyptian capital market in terms of market turnover , revenues, & Profits providing the clients with diversified investments product –mix. He continues to contribute proactively and significantly in shaping the Investment Banking industry in Egypt.
Mr. Abouheif is an active Board Member in Egyptian Capital Market Association (ECMA), he’s a Board Member in AT. Financial Holding , Lease Company, United Company for investments & Real Estate Development Al Yousr of Desalination &Water Purification and Al Arabia Poultry Companies & Board Member in Perfect Spinning & Gomla Companies .
Mr. Abouheif was EX - Board Member of Misr For Central Clearing, Depository & Registry (MCDR),EX- Board Member Egyptian Investors Protection Fund (EIPE) , member of Primary Dealers Association and Arab Stock Markets Union, and EX – Board Member in Mena Pharm Probiogeen & Rhien Mena pharm , Mr. Khaled has successfully completed M&A’s Professional Certificate from New York Institute of Finance, NY , USA. & also "Corporate Governance Program” from Wharton Business Schools’, He is certified Negotiator by “Euromoney London” , as well as Certified Private Equity Specialist , International Academy of Business & Financial Management , Dubai
BA Degree in Accounting from Faculty of Commerce – Cairo University.

Omar Khaled Abou-Heif is the Co-Founder and CEO of “Studio HEIF”.
Omar believes to develop diverse content and sustainable strategies in order to achieve the main goal which is to always introduce a new perspective as well as make sure it is relevant to whomever watches on various levels.
Omar has landed coverage Training In Business Management, at AMIC For Investments, real state development in New Giza, acting as a sales officer, and D.O.P for short commercial featuring YOLANCRIS women’s clothing store.
